How to Clean Walk-in Refrigerated units with Citranox®:

  1. Add 1 cup Citranox® to a 4 gallon commercial bucket filled with warm to hot water (2 oz or 1/4 cup to 1 gallon of water). Use warm to hot water for more effective cleaning results.
  2. Using a scrub brush, wash walls and floors of inner walk-in to remove soil.
  3. Rinse surfaces thoroughly with tap water.
  4. Dry thoroughly.
  5. Repeat as specified by equipment manufacturer.

How to Remove Foul Odors from Refrigerators and Walk-in Units with Alcojet®:

  1. Add 2/3 cup of Alcojet® detergent to a 4 gallon commercial bucket filled with warm/hot water (See Table 2).
  2. Using a long-handled scrub brush, dip the brush into the Alcojet®solution and scrub inner walls of  refrigerators or walk-in units.
  3. Let solution sit for 10 minutes.
  4. Rinse thoroughly.
