Q. How should I clean pots and pans with tough food residues?
A. Baked on oils pose quite a challenge to clean. Soaking baking sheets, pots, and pans in a hot Alconox PFS®or Liquinox® detergent solution with periodic scrubbing multiple times will lead to results on very dirty pans.
