Acid Cleaner and Detergent
Citrajet® Acid Cleaner and Detergent is a phosphate-free, concentrated, liquid cleaner and metal brightener for high performance automated commercial kitchen cleaning.
Used to clean: Dairy processing equipment, ice cream/yogurt preparation and storage equipment, coffee manufacturing and brewing equipment, and clean-in-place systems like combi ovens.
Used to remove: Scale, salts, starch buildup, metal oxides, inorganic residues, and rust.
Surfaces cleaned: Glass, metal, stainless steel, porcelain, ceramic, plastic, rubber, fiberglass as well as soft metals such as copper, bronze, aluminum, and zinc if rinsed promptly.
Cleaning method: Automated systems/dishwashers.
Add 2 oz or 4 tbsp of Citrajet® to 1 gal of hot water for automated or manual hard surface cleaning. Rinse thoroughly with potable tap water.
