Tergazyme® Enzyme-Active Powdered Detergent is a concentrated, enzymatic detergent for manual and soak commercial kitchen cleaning.
Used to clean: Cutlery and food preparation utensils, sushi and fish preparation surfaces, utensils, and storage containers, cutting boards, butcher blocks, meat processing facilities and manufacturing equipment.
Used to remove: Blood and protein soils.
Surfaces cleaned: Glassware, metals, plastic, ceramic, porcelain, rubber, and fiberglass.
Cleaning method: Soak or spray bottle.
Add 1 oz or 2 tbsp of Tergazyme® to 1 gal of hot water for general hard surface soaking or scrubbing. Rinse thoroughly with potable tap water. Will foam, not for automated machines.
