Acid Cleaner and Detergent
Citranox® Acid Cleaner and Detergent is a phosphate-free, concentrated cleaner and metal brightener for high performance manual commercial kitchen cleaning.
Used to clean: Pasta and rice cookpots, steam-based ovens, holding cabinets, combi ovens, thermalizers, hold and serve drawers, dairy processing equipment, rethermalization units, ice cream/yogurt preparation and storage equipment, coffee manufacturing and brewing equipment, and steam trays/steam tables.
Used to remove: Scale, salts, starch buildup, and rust.
Surfaces cleaned: Glass, metal, stainless steel, porcelain, ceramic, plastic, rubber, fiberglass as well as soft metals such as copper, bronze, aluminum, and zinc if rinsed promptly.
Cleaning method: Soak, simmer, bucket and brush, spray bottle.
Add 2 oz or 4 tbsp of Citrajet® to 1 gal of hot water for automated or manual hard surface cleaning. Rinse thoroughly with potable tap water.
