Tergazyme is a concentrated, enzymatic detergent for manual and soak commercial kitchen cleaning. Excellent for removal of raw meat and protein soils from glassware, metals, plastic, ceramic, porcelain, rubber, and fiberglass with no residues remaining. USDA authorized for commercial processing facilities. Dilute 2 rounded Tbsp to 1 gallon tap water. pH 9.5
