Baking Sheets, Pots, and Pans

Baked on oils pose quite a challenge to clean. Soaking baking sheets, pots, and pans in hot detergent solution with periodic scrubbing multiple times will lead to results on very dirty pans.

Pre-Soaking and Scrubbing With Liquinox:

  1. Pre-soak items in hot water or by running hot water over them.
  2. Soak a cloth or scrubbing pad in hot water and then moisten with a few
    teaspoons of Liquinox.
  3. Scrub items with Liquinox soaked cloth or scrubbing pad.
  4. Rinse items thoroughly with tap water.
  5. Dry with a fresh dry cloth to prevent water spots from forming.

How To Clean:

  1. For a medium-sized sink dissolve 16 oz (460g) of detergent in a sink full of warm water. For a large-sized sink dissolve 32 oz (911g) of detergent in a sink full of warm water.
  2. Soak pots, pans, smallwares, and utensils in the sink. Soaking time will vary depending on soil. Heavier soils will need longer soaking time.
  3. Scrub any tough spots before and after soaking.
  4. Rinse thoroughly with tap water.
  5. Dry thoroughly.
