Mopping floors with a mild alkaline detergent followed by rinse water will remove any sticky or oil food residues leaving surfaces safe for staff and customers. Be sure to rinse thoroughly or the detergent remaining will be slippery.

How To Clean:

  1. Add 2/3 cup (150g) of detergent to 4 gal (15L) of warm water into a bucket.
  2. Mop or brush surface.
  3. Rinse throughly and wipe dry.
