You don’t have to throw a caustic chemical at exterior facilities cleaning to get the job done. These type of chemicals will pit painted surfaces and leave harmful chemical residues not to mention inventorying and handling dangerous hazmats. Using mild alkaline detergents, the same ones you use inside the kitchen, will work to lift and remove grease on drive thrus, back concrete pads and exterior walkways and facades.

How To Clean:

  1. Prep surface with warm or hot water and sprinkle the detergent on top.
  2. Scrub detergent and water into a paste with a stiff brush.
  3. Allow paste to sit for ten minutes on heavy grease stains.
  4. After 10 minutes, scrub stains again.
  5. Hose off to rinse.
  6. If available, use a power washer to hose off difficult stains.
