Maintaining clean eating surfaces between guests ensures customer satisfaction and safety compliance.

How To Clean:

  1. Dissolve 2 tbsp (30g) of detergent per 1 gal (4L) of warm water.
  2. Use a spray bottle and rag or scrub brush on surfaces to thoroughly clean. For heavy residue, let detergent solution sit on tabletops for 20 minutes.
  3. Rinse three times and dry thoroughly.
