Alcojet® Low-Foaming Powdered Detergent is a concentrated cleaner ideal for automated commercial kitchen cleaning.
Used to clean: Glassware, food preparation equipment, cookware and smallwares, dishware, utensils.
Used to remove: Oils, grease, carbon build-up, proteins, and food residue.
Surfaces cleaned: Stainless steel, glassware, metals, aluminum (if rinsed promptly), plastic, ceramic, porcelain, rubber, and fiberglass.
Cleaning method: Dishwasher or automated appliance.
Add 1 oz or 2 tbsp of Alcojet® to 1 gal of hot water for automated or manual hard surface cleaning. Rinse thoroughly with potable tap water.
