Fryer Cleaning+
Alconox PFS® Powered for Foodservice is a concentrated commercial kitchen cleaner ideal for removing stubborn grease and grime residues on various applications.
Used to clean: Frypots, fryer hoods, baffle filters, interior and exterior appliance surfaces, food preparation equipment, cookware and smallwares, dishware, utensils, glassware, floors, walls, windows, counters, sidewalks.
Used to remove: Oils, grease, carbon build-up, proteins, and food residue.
Surfaces cleaned: Stainless steel, glassware, metals, aluminum (if rinsed promptly), plastic, ceramic, porcelain, rubber, and fiberglass.
Cleaning method: Soak, simmer, bucket and brush, spray bottle.
Add 1 oz or 2 tbsp of Alconox PFS® to 1 gal of hot water for general hard surface soaking or scrubbing. Rinse thoroughly with potable tap water. Will foam, not for automated machines.
